					<ul></ul>March 15, 2012 Dear Employees, This letter is to inform you of upcoming changes to our payroll process.  Effective April 1st, we will be working with a new payroll service. How this affects you: Employees on direct deposit will now receive their payroll deposits on Friday’s vs Thursday.   Paystubs will no longer be emailed.  Instead, you will be able to access your payroll account online.  Instructions on how to access your paystub will be sent to you in the last week of March. Other Information: Timecard submittal deadline remains the same.  All timecards are due by Monday at 5pm. All late timecards with direct deposit will be paid the following week.  Live checks will still be mailed on Thursday from our office.
