Steve Haywood
President and Co-Owner of Nuwest Group, LLC.
Steve joined NuWest in April of 2004 as the General Manager. Three years later, in September of 2007, he purchased with three business partners. Before joining NuWest, Steve spent 11 years at Microsoft in various recruiting roles. He was one of two founding members of the Executive Recruiting Team at Microsoft and has placed many candidates into a variety of senior level positions including Architects and Vice Presidents. After launching the Exec Recruiting Team, he also managed recruiting for the Server and Tools Division as well as the College Recruiting Division. Prior to his work with Microsoft, Steve was one of the first 25 employees at Perot Systems. He was the Technical Consultant and then was a part of the initial team that built the Worldwide Recruiting Organization at Perot Systems and drove the recruiting for new consulting practices in cities such as Atlanta, GA; Colorado Springs, CO; Cedar Rapids, IA and New York, NY. Steve is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Information Systems and currently lives in Redmond, WA.
Mona Veiseh
Manager of MedTemps
Mona joined MedTemps in 2005. Since that time, she has lead the growth of the division into the go-to medical staffing and consulting firm it is known for today. Mona has developed her team and molded MedTemps into the premier medical staffing. Beginning as a staffing coordinator, she has served in every role in her division and intimately knows the challenges and rewards that motivate her team to work hard and deliver the best. Mona holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington, and is an active member of the University’s alumni program that mentors current college students. When she’s not busy recruiting, Mona enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling.
Diane Friedl
Manager of LabTemps
Diane joined LabTemps in 1996. Soon after joining the company, she attended the Institute of Science Training and Research (ISTR) to learn more about the biotech field in order to better serve her clients. Today, Diane leads the LabTemps team, and is proud of building the firm’s reputation as the region’s premier scientific staffing solution. A Northwest native, Diane received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington. She takes pride in leading her team as the region’s premier local scientific staffing firm. Outside of the office, Diane enjoys travel, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
Katrina Leise
Manager of WesTech
Katrina joined WesTech in 1996 and began developing business in the Engineering, Manufacturing and IT areas. As the Division Manager and Senior Account Executive for her team, she enjoys meeting new clients and developing strong business relationships. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington, and remains an active alum and avid Husky supporter. Go Dawgs! Her interests include entertaining, gardening and traveling.
